The processor is in amp itself, and the headunit just controls it.
The subwoofer out on that amp goes to two of these amps:

I didn't notice you were so close! You should ask George to see it because he lives about an hour from here so you'd have to wait until he brought the car over.

that is pretty cool. i have a couple of tube amps, and a mono JL i was gonna use, so i'll probably stick with their 5.1 digital processor, but i would love to see how they actually work. if they are easily controllable, tuning issues, etc before i jump into it
