so i finally got a chance to weigh my car on a legit scale at the shootout i was hoping to be alittle closer to 3000 but ill take what i can get looking for some obvious weight to remove that i have missed so far i have removed
front crash bar
rear crash bar
abs removed
mini batt
fire wall matt (both sides)
sound deadening (around the shifter and dash and the rear seat )
trunk has no matt spare tire ect
engine bay has no extra brackets
k sport coilovers
buschur exhaust
the car does still have ac & a sunroof i am looking to replace the roof in the future with a mr roof or the ams and also do the buschur light weight parts but i am looking for anything thats not posted on the first page that would help.

I bought a Shorai 4lb battery after talking with EvoDan about it for a while...that battery with my BR battery tray should be around 5.5lbs. Dan was telling me he had his Shorai battery sitting in his garage on a shelf for like 9 months with no charger hooked up, he threw a volt meter on it & it still showed 13 volts, lol...

Looking for some opinions from you guys. My car is garage kept and only driven on dry sunny days. I never use my ac even when it's 104 in Texas, and I've always pondered removing it. It will clean up the engine bay, but also remove a little weight (30lbs?) But is that even worth the trouble and cost of a new accessory belt? I suppose that's a question only I can answer, but just looking for input.
I don't have any substantial weight reduction yet, but the car weighs 3,120 with 3/4 tank of gas.
