Need Help With ECU Fuse....Blowing
Need Help With ECU Fuse....Blowing
I need some advice on which way to go....I was in middle of data logging last night with my zeixtronix and Utec when on the third pull on the street the car went DEAD.
Was in middle of third pull when motor turned off was at low rpms...To make long story short Pulled utec out..Still No fire from car...Just turn over and over...
Got some advice from A friend said (TTP-Engineering) could be ECU Fuse so in today checked that. As friend (SCOTT) Said the fuse was bad so I changed it. Car fires right up. So I think I am good....So put car back together and head to work half way there car died again?????
So it blew a fuse again...And now as soon as I replace it and turn ignition on it blows before I can start the car.......
Any Advice on what I mat be missing or anyone else had this problem PLZ HELP>>>>

Do you have the anti-foulers in your exhaust to avoid the misfire code (P0300?)? The anti-foulers caused my oxygen sensor to rub against the underbody of my EVO and ground out. Grounding out caused the engine fuse to blow.
Hope this helps...

Your rear O2 may be grounding on the chassis. Check your rear O2 on the exhaust. Many times when you install an CEL fix it pushes it out where it hits the underside of the car and touches the wire, blowing the fuse.
Check it rear O2 under the car for damage.
