Alpine IVA-D100 install

I'm doing a Head unit install (Alpine IVA-D100), I've run all my wires but just need to know what to do with the Reverse, Parking break and foot break connectors. Do I need to splice into these? Where do I do that? Can I just cap them? Will it work if I cap them?

ground the parking brake, unless you have a backup camera you dont do anything with reverse.

I do have a parking camera. Is there a way to make it so that I can cycle through to the camera through the source button on the Head unit? (I.E. Camera always on and I can look through at the touch of a button?)

You could just put it on a toggle switch that sends it power when you turn it on. That way will work but I don't know if there is a way to do it through the head unit since I don't have a camera on my D310 yet.
