Half-Din will also fit. As long as you don't mind doing some fabrication.

ANY stereo will fit. You just have to have the will to make it fit, function and look acceptable -> good.

Now while to you and I that makes total sense and is perfectly logical consider who your giving the advice to. He doesnt have the very basics of it down what makes you think he is gonna have the "know how" to modify for a 1.5 DIN or relocate HVAC stuff for a 2 DIN ? Just an observation.

I do agee with you. However, no matter what I believe the capabilities of the person asking the question are, they still asked the question and do deserve the most information that is applicable and or available at the time of said answer.

Now he has the info, what he does with it is up to him.
