ya im in so cal i would rather build a custom one thats looks as bad *** in my trunk as it sounds

 

I built one w/ a 3/4" thick window before. I just designed one side to hold the window, and had a plastics shop cut the window and drill the holes for me. I used weatherstripping to seal between the window and the box, and bolts, washers, rubber washers and lock nuts to bolt it to the box. Find the mounting hardware first, then get the plexi cut and drilled to your specs. Just use your imagination and I'm sure you can come up with something better than you'll find on the internet!
