Issues starting my car!

Ok, so my starter doesn't appear to be getting juice and/or functioning. The car is less than two years old and only gets started a couple times a week. Seems kind of early for the starter to go out. Could it be a fuse?
The battery is charged and all interior electronics work fine.
I checked the wires to the starter and they seem to be fine.
The last time I started the car it barely started due to low battery (I thought). Maybe it was a dying starter.
Hate to pull the starter if I don't have to.

Check the clutch switch. When you push down on the clutch pedal in engauges a switch to allow the car to start. If the switch is not getting pushed in by the clutch pedal then the car will not start or even turn over

My guess would be it is still the battery. Most of the time the electronics will still work fine but the battery can be bad. You can try a voltmeter while cranking and see what the voltage of the battery drops to. If you don't drive your car a lot or drive for just short periods, your battery can degrade very quickly. It also does not help that is cold out. Short trips in the winter really hurt a battery quicker than you would think. At least this is something to check before you go the starter route. Autozone may be able to check your battery for you.

I thought it was the battery too but it won't work when I jump either. Could it be because it is a racing battery?

Ok, a little more info. When trying to jump it the voltmeter will read 14V then down to 0V when turning the key. Without the cables hooked up I'm looking at just under 13 V to 0V when turning the key.

A little more still. My accustar alarm isn't working. I'm thinking I blew a fuse and since the alarm is hooked into the starter may explain the reason it is not functioning.
Anyone know which fuse. I'm going to go see if it's in the owner's manual.

Found the problem. There is a 40 amp starter fuse under the hood. It seems it popped off just by a hair......
It was the alarm not working along with the starter that tipped off it must be a fuse.
