The install is straight forward, just remember to tap into the speed wire of the car can't remember the color in order for the GPS to work. Theres a wire diaghram on how to's. Do a search.

I don't think it would fit. Its to wide. I'll take some measurements later on.

blackdemon are u using the stock speakers or are u using aftermarket ones? how do know if some speakers work with a certain aftermarket unit....

All speakers will work with any head units... They just might not work well.

This headunit is tight, hopefully other companies follow suit since JVC sucks (and the "ipod" link sucks even worse)

I recently bought the X001 Alpine Ipod deck for my Porsche, it rocks.

Just those 2 wires will do. Thats how I have mine, and it works. Remember you have 3 months of free trafic updates. So don't forget to activate it.
