Hmmmmm . . . hadn't really considered glassing the holes/openings. I've been dying to play with some epoxy resins and since I hate the smell of styrene and MEK in my car, that may be just the approach I need. I was considering making the baffle out of an epoxy composite sandwich, anyway. Just as I had given up . . . .
