For tail lights, you don't need access from inside the trunk, you unscrew the tail lenses from the outside.
As for the filler :-)
The top hose runs to an opening in the front of the trunk, and has a cap on it. When not filling the trunk, the hose tucks into the side trim.
The side hose runs down and out the trunk vent.
To fill, you un-tuck the hose, and and pour fluid in through a funnel. Once the bottle is full, the overflow spills out the side hose and out from under the car. Re-cap the filler hose and tuck it back away
These were all mock-up pics... Everything was tightened and cleaned before the trim all went back together.

measured volume: 1.32 cuft
10W7 Driver displacement .09 cu ft
10W7 Recomended Volume 1.25 cuft
Volume gross needed 1.34cuft
With this setup you are .02 cu ft off. That is the equivalant of 1 and a half cans of coke. I am sure they would sound great.

attached to that amp rack I have attached:
(on the back side-visable)
3 amplifiers
2 capacitors
(and on the back side not visable
1 hide-away module for my head unit
1 Navigation module
1 Sirius Satalite radio module
1 XM traffic/weather module
1 I-pod adapter
2 distribution blocks
2 power amplifiers for my TV antennas
I doubt you could fit the amps alone, forget about all of that other stuff under the seats.
The way I have this added removes less than 3"s of trunk space from the back firewall. (amps are 2.5"s thick, mounted to 1/4" plywood structurally mounted to the front firewall of the trunk) The rest sits in the circular void just behind the rear seats. Note that now I have a carbon fiber strut bar that sits about 1.5"s out from the tops of the amps. I did not sacrifice much trunk space :-)
In the picture below, from the begining of my build, you will see that there's a hole in the plywood. Through the hole, you will see the back of the rear seats... it's less than 2"s to the back of the seat, the 1/4" plywood is flush with the trunk firewall.
Thanks for your input though
