@kingman4

I did use Visio. Great for stuff like this...

SPDIF is a fiber optic cable that carries digital audio. My motherboard has a SPDIF out that will run all the way to the trunk for absolutely no signal loss over that long wire.

Processor is a Zapco DSP6-SL. It can be controlled from the PC via USB and has built in crossovers and other processing like EQ, etc.

I will indeed post up pics of the trunk when finished.
UPDATE: It is raining and I can't bring my tools outside to work this weekend

I think I will use this instead of the Orbital piece because it looks l\nicer and matches my dash completely...

Brackets are fabbed and all I have to do is wire and mount the amp power and speaker wire.

Sorry for the delayed response. I use the Orbital HVAC relocation.

The computer is basically done. I only need a 30 second make-on-break timer to get my shutdown controlled properly. Once I get that in the system I will post some more pics.

No, you can't. But some people have used the Eclipse climate controls to do it...

What do you guys think of this computer/ double din setup for the evo. I want to run the evo scan gauges screen for continual logging instead of all the other gauges stuck everywhere.

Wow. For some reason I stopped getting notifications about this thread...not sure why.

ItalyIX, did you ever build it?

randomevo, you right that it is a lot of money :-) At the time it was the best you could get for this small of a system.
