Thought I Would Share My Alpine Setup

Here is some pics of my sound system, nothing special, but i wanted to keep a clean oem-ish look. I am running Alpine head unit, Alpine type r speakers all around, Alpine type r sub 12", Apline amp and a custom fiberglass box. Sorry for the first pictures quality... Also i did all the install myself, it was alot of fun. The wires are all hidden very nicley and you can nott tell anything was changed.

just one mono amp u have? the interiors are running off your HU?

i have the same exact setup, type r components all around, with a 12" type r sub....i have two amps..

however the sub i was told was to big to put in corner where yours is, now i'm a little upset you do have it that way ....did you buy that fiberglass box already setup, and what model 12 do you have.

The amp i am using is the Alpine MRP-M850 Mono Power Amp. I am only using one amp, and yes the interiors are running off my head unit. Was there a noticable differance with another amp for the interiors. I was thinking about doing that but i didnt want any more weight becuase it already sounds great as is. It is the 4 ohm sub.

Also the box i got, i was told will fit a 12 inch JL W7 which i think is the deepest sub.
Here is a link to the box. http://www.wickedcas.com/product.php...&cat=23&page=1

Also i just found this box which looks very interesting.

definately want to get amp for interiors...i actually changed my HU though from the alpine to pioneer...not only for the usb functionality, but the pioneer has a built in equalizer.....with the alpine you have to buy this expensive part to have that feature and the sound is not so good, i had a 9853 i belive..but amp definately on the interiors

nicer crisper sound with fine tuning
