another custom sub box

anyone had any experience with this box? i seen it on sale by Concept Enclosure for a while...it looks very clean....anyone knows the fitment, quality ect? its giong for $140 +$35 shipping..








i was going to buy this setup but went a different route instead...

The only problem is its sealed. You lose alot the subwoofers energy using a sealed box. You can knock out the center board and throw in a slot port. That will make that box 2-3 times louder. Fitment of this box, I am not sure.

^^^That can also make the bass sound sloppy. I have always prefered a sealed box, unless you are using something similar to a W7.

I've always preferred a sealed box....to me, ported box make a sub a one note wonder, but that's my opinion. I'm on a W7 in a sealed enclosure now and couldn't be happier. Amazing bass when needed with great low end fidelity.

Not quite true, A couple of our SQ world champions used ported boxes. Honestly its not worth fighting over. Your more then welcome to come over to our site. http://forum.soundpressure.com/

I used to use a slot loaded box when I was doing SQ, but now I just have a pre fab sealed.
