Anyone know if theres a bulb within the hazard switch that can be replaced or would you need to buy a new switch?

 

I would imagine, with tearing all the other controls apart, that there is a bulb inside of the switch that is replaceable. I couldnt tell you for sure though as I have never actually opened it up. If it is replaceable it shouldnt be very hard to open it up.

 

bump.. i would like to know also. i got a ix mr. and mine doesn't light up. stopped after like 25k miles.. and i don't use it much..

Yes there is. Its a neo-wedge. You need to remove HVAC to remove the two screws holding CF plate. Then just pop off the rest of the plate. I bought a 3mm LED one and the base required some filing to make it fit.

 

yes there is a bulb and Mitsu sells the replacement for this (unlike other bulbs for all other switches!)
