Hey guys,

so ive decided i want to change all my interior leds to red. Along with that, i am looking to get an "ipod ready" stereo unit. I know i am being very picky out there but i want all my lighting inside the evo to be red, so im looking for a stereo unit that is ipod read and lights up fully red even the screen. all i can find have blue lights or a blue screen. anyone have any suggestions??

I know for sure that sony head units are red. Other brands not sure about but you might find one that can change colors.

 

Alpine will glow red. The scree is white I believe though...

 

I have the Alpine IDAx305- you can change the colors so the screen is red and the buttons are red- but the center alpine logo is white no matter what- but u dont really notice it. It has ipod connect/sat radio ready. also it has album art which is really cool. hope this helps

 

^^I was agoing to suggest the same one, I have it in my car and the buttons and screen are all red. Its really simple to use with the ipod as well.

 

yeah with alpines you can change the color usually to any color you want, i can with mine. my friend has a pioneer in his sti thats a 7" touch screen and is red but i think jvc cd players are red too

 

Alpine is good... I have the x100... it's replacement is the x305 now... great deck... love it... another I can suggest is the eclipse 5030
