Yes, most do.

Edit: OTOH, the depth of the driver may interfere with the window rolling down. I can't recall the exact depth off the top of my head, but if you stick with a driver close to 2.5" deep, you won't have a problem.

As Felix stated Ebay is the best place. Even working for my company (car audio dist.) these are hard to come by. Good Luck!

Yes, I've used 3 sets of adapters with 3 (different) pairs of speakers. A set is currently installed in my Evo with Polk SRs.

I too have successfully installed them, just be careful not to strip them when installing the screws that hold the speaker.

Sorry to bring this back but I purchased 2 pairs of speaker adapters for my Evo VIII from http://www.car-speaker-adapters.com/ off their website but I never received them. I requested a refund after several attempts to contact Michael Mcguinness. I called several times and emailed the company and got no response. I filed and dispute with paypal to get my money back. It's a pity since the pieces looked really nice. I ended buying some mdf from home depot and attempting to fabricate my own adapters. Anyone using mdf how do you prevent everything from vibrating or do you have to bolt everything tightly.
