Radio stopped working?

yesterday i was sitting in the parking lot listening to the radio outside work when the radio shut off. so i did the natural thing checked the fuses it says fuse 13 is my radio fuse well there is a plastic piece across that fuse location. so i checked under the hood and that fuse is fine. i have the MR gauge pack and my volt gauge is dead too but my boost gauge works fine and my clock is dead.
i disconnected the radio to see if i could get voltage to the volt gauge nothing. disconnected volt gauge and radio to see if clock worked nothing. i disconnected gauge and clock to see if radio worked nothing. but i did have a small amount of voltage to gauge when i first started car this morning but it went to under 10 shortly after. so its not a fuse by what i can tell. any help would be appreciated if u wanna see pics of my fuse panel i can take them i swear 13 is missing and there is nothing in its place.
sorry for the long post but im trying to figure this out and its absolutely killing me right now.

Also, I thought the fuse for the radio was 23 and 24.

Your sure its not the fuse? Radio and clock use the same fuse. The fuse is under the hood its a 10amp in the yellow casing around it. Im just saying that cause it just happened to me. I mixed up the wires i was putting in and and the fuse blew

Yeah I checked the fuses under the hood they r fine and the fuse under the hood is 23 so yes ur right noob12. The 1 in the cabin should be 13 but there is no fuse there. Rigjht now the diagnosis is the harnesses under the kick panel because I checked the wiring diagram in the gremlins sticky and didn't realize before that the power supply wire for the radio went through that harness
