Hey everyone. I just recently fixed a problem on my car and i figured id share it with everyone in case it happens to someone else. So here it is: The other day i pulled my car out of storage and took it to the local car wash to clean it up. On the way back from the car wash i noticed that my speedometer wasnt working anymore. I dont know if i got water in something but it stopped working. so i figured the speed sensor may have just went bad. Well the rest of the gauges stopped working followed by the a/c fan staying on when the car was turned off, and the windows wouldnt work anymore, it started to idle high, the coolant fan would stay on after the car was turned off. All of those issues came up within the same day. So i started looking around and noticed that the speed sensor prongs inside the plug were pretty much welded. The sensor and the plug are both destroyed. So i went to order the new parts from the dealer. The sensor is $95 and the harness with the new plug was $130. I left the speed sensor unplugged and put everything else back together and presto chango everything that was going wrong was fixed. I can try and put pictures of the sensor and plug that had been destroyed once i get the new parts. But i hope this helps someone one day
