Wipers won't work

My front windshield wipers and the front windshield washer sprayers won't work. The rear windshield wipers and washer sprayer both work. I have read about the electrical "gremlins" and I am prepared to take apart my harness and solder all the wires. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't doing all that for nothing. If anyone knows of any other reasons why my front windshield wipers and the front windshield washer sprayer won't work please let me know.

Duh, it was the fuse. It has been taken out when my meth injection (which is tapped into it) was turned off. Boy did that save me a lot of work.
