Wipers don't work after new wires

Hey guys so I just got done doing all the wires cause they where all nasty an my wipers and sprayer was not working so i cut the plug off and put new wires to make a good clean connection and nothing still no sprayer of movement outta the wipers fuse Is good if checked that so what else could it be I live in Chicago and it's winter so if someone could help me out please let me know of something thanks.

have you cleaned the sprayer nozzles? mine were packed with snow salt and would barely squirt.. and my wiper motor was bad around the same time this happend about a month ago and i have 100k on my car and i drive in nasty weather alot. so you may be in need of a new motor?

Make sure the red ecu that is clipped onto the back of the fuse box is tight. Its the one under the driver dash. Push the ecu towards the fuse panel. If this connection is not tight it could cause this to happen.
