How to disable a remote control from a Compustar system

I own a Toyota Matrix XR 2005 with a Compustar Auto Security system installed.
I have two remote controls to operate the system, namely the main 2W900FMR (2-way w/LCD Display) and the smaller one 1W900FMR (1-way w/o LCD).
The smaller 1W900FMR got stollen recently and I OBVIOUSLY would like to know how to disable it in order to avoid my car from being emptied!!!
When I purchased a new 2W900FMR last year, I had to reprogram the 1W900FMR by following the "Remote Learn Routine", which happened to worked out perfectly.
But now I just can't find anything to disable a remote control.
Could you please explain the procedure to do so ?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I think you would have to program the available remote about 5 times, to push out the lost one.

From compustar;
"You must cycle the vehicle's ignition between the on and acc/off position 5 times within 7 seconds or less and then tap the lock button, button I, or put the battery in the remote (2WSSR / P2WSSR). The process depends on which remote(s) you have. All your remotes must be reprogrammed at the same time."

Because you have to reprogram all the remotes at the same time it leads me to believe that relearning the one remote you have kicks all the other remotes out. So learn the remote you have again and you should be safe.

Updated:
STEP 1: Activate Valet/Programming mode by manually turning the ignition key on and off (between the Acc & On positions) five times within 7 seconds. The vehicle’s parking lights will flash once with the successful completion of this step.

STEP 2: Within 2 seconds after cycling the ignition for the 5th time, press button (I) on 2 way remotes or the (lock) button on 1 way remotes for 0.5 seconds. The parking lights will flash once to confirm the transmitter has been coded.

Exiting Programming: Programming is a timed sequence. The parking lights will flash twice signaling the end of programming mode.
Programming Multiple Remotes: After the confirmation flash given in step 2, code additional remotes by pressing button (I) on 2 way remotes or the (lock) button on 1 way remotes. The parking lights will flash once confirming each additional remote. All systems (except the P2WSSR), can recognize up to three remotes.
