I guess the reason I'm even mentioning this is because of the price. to the OP, what did it end up costing you from start to finish to have the rear bumper on the car ready for pictures? I know you can get them for $900 shipped from a website on here... why not just spend a little more for OEM quality

I would beg to differ this. I feel you are biased on your opinion because if it isnt real it looks like **** in your eyes because you're one of those hardcore JDM "Fanboys" and for the record this is why he didnt buy OEM....

Keep in mind that the OP didn't post this as a "does this look exactly like a OEM JDM" thread, he was simply showing off his new rear end. IMHO I think it looks great! I'm putting on a "fake" JDM rear as we speak - why? Because it was less than half the price, looks way better than stock and I like it.
To the OP - good looking mod!!

haha. I have fake spray painted Evo VII tails, I'm not a JDM fanboy. I've just had this username since I was in the Honda game way back in high school. Hell I had it on the Chevy truck forum I was on... it's just a username.

Understandable, you stated your opinion. What I'm saying is that this isn't the place to argue about it. No one's "panties are in a bunch", just trying to keep the thread clean before it gets out of hand.

I think it sticks out a little more to accommodate the stock rear crash beam. Looks good to me!

I cannot deny that at all. No panties in a bunch here, My point being unless you're looking at two next to each other, you'd really have no idea. and honestly I dont even know if the second image I posted is a real one or not. I'm just assuming it is cause it has a voltex diffuser It certainly looks sharper.

But hey, I think it looks good, definitely doesnt look "cheap" quality body work done on it

Unfortunately for me, Since I have BBY I cant order a OEM JDM prepainted ;(

I think it looks better than the stock bumper, and for 400 bucks installed and painted you got a great deal. I too notice the difference between the OEM JDM version, but I don't think its a huge deal at all.

It doesn't look bad at all. And for the differences between this and an oem jdm rear is that this sticks out further to accommodate the stock crash beam like mentioned above.
