steering wheel controls/blutooth problem

I had a 2008 GTR with the RF Navi system. Everything worked great. Made calls. Could dial from touch screen. Screen displayed wiper and air control changes...

Then I wrecked it.

So I got another 2008 GTR but it had the RF 6 disk changer. I took it out and put in all the components from the wrecked lancer and everything work fine except the steering wheel controls and no bluetooth. The phone pairs but you hands free buttons dont do anything and even if you answer the actual phone (iphone) and set it to use the hands free, you cant hear and the person on the other end cant hear either.

Another note: When I pulled the nav out, I noticed that there were 4 wires that were pulled out of the harness. 2 were blue and had electrical tape over the ends and the others were solid green and another blue. So there are 4 loose wires. Green, blue, blue w/white stripe, blue w/red stripe.

The original lancer was used and I could tell that the first owner had added a second amp because all the wires were still in the trunk so that might explain something.

Whats going on and how can I get my steering controls back???

perhapps these wires need to be in place? and also... perhaps the new lancers bluetooth and steering wheel controll box is messed up... take a really good look at the harnesses and see where the wires are extra if any... that might be the problem..

im willing to bet that the wires that were pulled out were installed into an aftermarket steering wheel controller and they just need to be hooked back up again....

Yeah, that's pretty much exactly what I asked. There's at least 8 harnesses all of which have multiple pin holes these wires could go into. I need a pic or someone to help me trace the wires I posted a pic of
