Exclamation baseball clutch getting old?(stock clutc)

so guys i want to replace my clutch because when i first bought it, it looked rather odd looking and big lol. i used to have a 350z and it had a short shifter in it. any ideas on how to properly remove the clutch and any good brands for a new shifter??? i want to get a cf shifter and a short stem. would it be hard to replace it??? thanks help appreciated

Well the stock knob on my Evo looks like a baseball if you really look at it it's annoying.
The whole shifter, I'm looking to get a short shifter hopefully to shift easier
