Half the gauge cluster doesnt light up?

Hey guys im kinda of new here i just picked up my evo 8 on tuesday. Im trying to fix every little thing right off the bat to make it perfect last night was the first time i took the car out at night and welll.... the gauges are very dim like rpm and speedometer i can barley see and fuel coolant temp etc not even lite at all. this is with the dimmer turned all the way up im wondering is this a common problem? maybe a bad dimmer switch or something help me out guys.

still working on this guys I did realize that none of the gauges are lighting up its actually the light from the odometer display that faintly shows through the spedo and tach so any one is this a common problem on evos this is my first one had it for a couple of weeks learning the ins and outs real quickly. please help

You need to replace one of the bulbs on your cluster. Thats all.
