Properly Set Gains on Front Speakers w/ Amp

Ok so - I have an amp that I'm going to be installing soon and would like to set the front speakers the same way I'm going to set the gain for the sub woofer; with a digital multimeter

The amp is 4-channel, the rear 2 will be bridged for the sub and i'm using this method for setting the gain on the subwoofer channel:

http://www.reddit.com/r/CarAV/commen...g_gain/c4xbmcv

it's pulled form crutchfield or sonic electronix or somewhere

what i'm confused and lost on is how to properly set the gain for the front speakers. it would seem that you would set them the same; rms x ohms, but i dont know either of those values for the fronts

does anyone know the rms and ohms (or another way to calculate the vAC/gain) needed for the stock front speakers running off an amp?

bump - anyone know? i've been told that you can find the voltage of the speaker on the speaker itself and also find the amperage, and then multiply voltage * amperage to get the RMS

does this sound right? does anyone know if either of those values are listed on the speakers?
