led tail light issue

led tail light issue

I installed led tail lights on my ix the driver side works fine but the passenger brake light does not come on. the passenger side half lights when I turn the headlights on but does not get brighter when I use the brakes (driver side works fine) ive looked at the wiring and it looks fine.....any suggestions for me while I wait to find out if I can send them back

Did you look to see if you needed a voltage drop of some kind-- common with LEDs.

no I didn't but it does have a ballast I just plugged the driver side in and it works fine

you might wanna provide the model of the bulb and where you purchase it from for us to help you.

I swapped all my rear tail lights' bulb to LED and had purchase a set of ebay ones to find out they don't work well; i ended up buying them from a reputable online led bulb source~

Start by swapping the driver side bulb with the P/S one to see if it's an issue with the bulb.
