instrument cluster problems

instrument cluster problems

after replacing the burnt out bulbs on my cluster, my ACD button doesn't work anymore or it doesn't work as much as it should? i pressed it a bajillion times for it to only change modes once and now its stuck on SNOW. ANY IDEAS??

I would do the obvious stuff first. Take the switch back out and make sure the connector is clipped in all the way and no wire pigtails came loose on the switch and cluster. Otherwise find someone to swap parts with to see if you can pin point the bad part.

i've already checked the connectors and connections and everything, maybe the button has gone to poop. i pressed it so many times it blew the fuse to the cluster. Any in the area of Orange County that would like to switch buttons with me for a test? =DD

If I still had my Evo I'd be happy to since I'm not that far from you. But I'm sure if you tried the Orange County section of so cal Evo you could probably find someone to swing by and give you a hand.
