Best way to install rear speaker grill!

Best way to install rear speaker grill!

This may be a dumb question, I am having a hard time getting the rear speaker grill lined up with the three screws. Anyone have a good way to get the rear speaker grill installed correctly?

Screw those snaps back on and just push it in. The screws just hold the snap feature, don't even need to remove them to take out the grill.
