Honestly depends on the OBD adapter being used. I've used a cheap china bluetooth one, and it lagged a little. But I also experienced a usb one and it was pretty spot on and quick.

Ebay china android double din. The gauges are via an obd adapter and the Torque app

I think I am going to go with the ebay kit as well. The Metra one doesn't seem as clean as the Ebay version.

get the ebay kit, the finish is close to OEM and fitment is on point. The only thing the Metra kit has going for them is the double din brackets.

Does anyone make a kit that has a larger overhang to protect glare?

I used to have an Orbital Double Din on my Evo that I reluctantly sold-

i bought this on amazon.

i had to modify the mounting bracket so the receiver will sit lower. i used weather stripping tape to cover the edges.
