Christmas tree dash

I looked for a while and havnt found much please point me in the right direction if its there but I found a car and made the mistake of purchasing it sight unseen. Basically I just have some pics and wondered why every single light that is not supposed to light is on the dash

Ooof that's no good at all. I'd start by scanning the car for any and all Codes, check the charging system, and checking for any corrosion at the connectors in the Junction Box (see gremlin sticky thread at the top of this sub forum), lastly I'm guessing the ACD Pump is shot.

Report back with all findings. This could turn out to be a very expensive purchase for you unfortunately. If it was purchased at a dealership check your local and state laws for returning the car with in X days/miles of purchase.

Good Luck

The car was running and now it wont start. Turns over but sounds likes it's not getting fuel. I tried to pop the clutch down a hill that didn't work it has a spoolin up COP and a few other mods. The ACD pump is MIA and the there are number of other unrelated issues.
So that solves one question, why the ACD lights are on.
Tomorrow i'll go through the relays and make sure the fuel pump is good, check all the fuses, and inspect the lines.

Unhappy

today I found a cut wire that I believe goes to the airbag or a sensor. Do Evo IX SSL have an airbag in the driver seat or a bag sensor? I also believe the car may have a rod knock due to the noise it makes and the fact that it cuts out around 5-5.5K in the rpm range my next task I guess is to check the oil pan and filter after I cjange the oil and look for shiny stuff

So after some more time in I realize the speed sensors front air bag sensors o2 sensor are all f***ed. The noise that led me to believe the engine had knock was actually GSC s1 cams in conjunction with a bad tune and fuel rich plugs causing the cut out, so that is good. Maybe I can find a sweet deal on a clean Evo VIII or IX that has a blown motor?
I'll post for that and or maybe someone that wants to build a track car will buy my issue

The wire under the drivers seat is cut not sure what it goes to I thought maybe an airbag but its not and Evo IX SSL are leather but not auto so could it be a sensor for the airbag system?

The only wire that I know of under the drivers seat that doesnt lead to the amp, is the wire for the Seat belt buckle.
