Electrical problem 😫HELP!

I accidentally put positive on negative and negative on positive on my 03 Evo8.
Had a long day and of course this happens 😔
I checked my battery fuse and looks fine.
Just hopping i didnt do any damages to ECU or anything that could cause me $$$.
I did some res and could it possibly be the fuse box screwed to the terminal that blew?

does the car start and run fine? Is anything misbehaving? If you fried anything, it will be the ECU. If it does not start, check and see if you have a reference voltage at your sensors. If you do not, then most likely you at a minimum destroyed the reference output regulator. This regulator will provide consistent voltage to many things.

pop the cover on the bigger fuse block under the hood and check the bolted in fuse at the bottom. Use a Digital Multi-meter in beep/continuity mode on both sides of the fuse to verify it is intact. Fuses can look visually fine but can be blown.

many of the fuses could have blown. You will have to work your way through the different circuits if you find something isn't working. Since nothing is working I pointed you at the main fuse for everything to start with.

Fusible Link No.1 is the main fuse for everything.

I tested fuse link 1 and seems to be good along with all other fuse.
What would be your 2nd step?
Maybe battery fried and didn't trigger anything 😬. Was a dead battery from the beginning just to mention

yeah you def need to have a working battery or nothings going to work. You can take it in to an auto store and they will usually test it for free.
