Evo 8 stalls out when fan is on!

So I am trying to figure this out and want to see who else is having this issue and what you did to fix it. So car has AUS 1600cc high impedance Injectors no matter if car is on pump gas or on corn cold start car will start up and battery Voltage will be 14.3v and as the car warms up the voltage will drop and hold around 13.99/14.00 even? I start to turn on my head/fog lights, radio, heater and voltage will drop for a sec and then come back up. As soon as the car gets to operating temp and fan kicks on the car will idle like **** and 100% of the time the car will die and voltage will drop down to around mid 11 to mid 12 on voltage. I have made some small changes to the latency to see if it will do anything but no matter what car will die. Changing the battery and going to see if that helps at all and going to test the alternator but if everything comes back fine what do you guys think could be causing the issue?

Clean your battery terminals, check the under hood fuse box for corrosion on the bottom terminals where batt power comes in(and clean it). Check to make sure your chassis grounds are tight and not corroded.
