6 prong ignition switch

6 prong ignition switch
Hey guys, I couldn't find any info on this subject. Has anyone tried a 6 prong ignition switch? I know the OE switch has 5 prongs, I was just wondering if a 6 prong would work. I have to replace the switch about every 10 to 12 months. I assume this is a common problem with the Evo 8...

I tried to fix this once. seem easier to just have a starter button

I may look into that, but to answer my own question, the Mitsubishi 6 prong switch worked.
