Turn Signal and Emergancy Flashers not working

Hello Everyone. I have scoured these forums but can't figure out why the turn signals stopped working. I have replaced the ETACS and that made no difference. I don't see turn signal-specific fuses or relays. When I hit the Emergency flasher button or click the stick for turn, nothing happens. Not a click or any sound. IDeas?

Search for Electrical Gremlins, you'll find the answer there but apparently every Evo owner will experience it, ask me why I know. Wipers went on me during a summer down our.....
The plugs behind the panel on driverside by your left leg, they wet & corroded over time & need to be rewired directly w/ out the plugs.
I had a fellow Evo owner here help out years ago & have never had the problem again.

I'll look again and see,
but so far I haven't seen anything that would cause my turns to not work

So the emergency fuse keeps popping. I replaced it last night and was able to drive around for a while. Then this morning it popped. Then it popped 2 more times while the car was idling. Now it's holding at idle... thoughts on where to check.
