Stock Evos are rich and billow black smoke at WOT over 5k RPMs. Blue smoke is oil and may be attributed to oil seals in the turbo. No big deal if it only puffs. Intermittent blue smoke during throttle lift may be indicative of blow-by, not necassarily reason for major concern either. Just monitor your oil level and rate of consumption.
