That is unfortunate. If it happened to me however, I would certainly suspect the root of the problem to go deeper than a random failure of a headbolt.

Ummm i did get the root of the problem, and it was a stretched headbolt by cylinder #1 .

My point was simply that I would wonder if the stretched bolt is in fact be a symptom of a problem, not the cause.
