That is unfortunate. If it happened to me however, I would certainly suspect the root of the problem to go deeper than a random failure of a headbolt.

I'm not all stock, I have 3" downpipe, test pipe, exhaust, intake & MBC.

Ummm i did get the root of the problem, and it was a stretched headbolt by cylinder #1
