Yes, the 02 thingy is there; it probably is on any other decent system. I don't know what "JDM angle" is that you're referring to (some sort of bracket?), but I can tell you that the installation is so very easy on the HKS exhaust and it is quite solid. It is well made and fits like it is OEM. I am happy with mine.

If by "JDM angle" you mean the angle of the pipe at the back, yes, it the 4" coffee can outlet has a sassy little bend towards the right side of the car. Appropriately ricey for this car.

It's all about the JDM angle. I'm thinking about the RS-R catback cause it seems to have that angle, more-so than the other catbacks available from the vendors here. The next choice would have to be the Espelir JGT. Plus.. it seems these 2 exhaust fit better within the bumper rather than sticking (hanging) out towards the bottom.

All cat-backs should have a bung for the rear o2 sensor. If it doesn't, then it was probably made for the JDM EVOs. I have the 30th anniversary hi-power cat-back and I love it! Good fit, good performance, good sound!

BTW, I did have to trim my bumper cover slightly to get it to clear the exhaust tip. No biggie..

Is it true that the Hks tapers from 3" to 2.75(or something close to that) to meet with the stock cat. just wondering. I'm getting ready to order my exhaust. and I'm trying to decide. thanks for any input.

Yes, it tapers down to 65mm or so, which matches the stock cat.
