Yes, I think so too. An EMS has the ability to drive a water injection valve such as the one found on the Aquamist 2D using a PWM output. The PWM output should be able to be mapped, probably in the same way an auxilary fuel injector would be mapped.

Yes the WORKS Water Injection will provide three safegaurds.
1. blocked jet
2. open line
3. low water level
In each instance, your boost will be lowered instantly and you will see a LED warning light illuminate on the WORKS WI controller.
We are still laboriously programming the WWI Controller parameters to accomodate these three safety features for all EVO VIIs and VIIIs around the world.

I'm not trying to get into any trade secrets here, but end users are going to want to know by what method the boost is lowered. Are you relying on the secondary map?
