Rebuild stock turbo.

I was wondering if anybody know a good shop that can rebuild our stock turbo to make it into a ball bearing type? I want to keep everything stock looking.

I was wondering is it possible to rebuild the stock turbo to aftermarket turbo benefits for a fraction of the cost of a turbo kit. What are the posibilities of the stock turbo rebuilt?
