with just a UR 3" TB my car dynoed 272awhp on a dynojet. than with just a boost controller and buschur cone filter my car dynoed at 307awhp.

so with little mods my car dynoed pretty high with the Ultimate Racing exhaust with the test pipe. the only thing that is weird, is that when it rains..sometimes my test pipe hits the driveshaft.

the UR DP also does not retain the stock o-ring gasket. but i have hand a problem with a leak

Helix dp.....all the way....imo....relatively inexpensive.....very clean...great horse power gain...and trust the name. You get what you pay for. Any of the downpipes that people are listing are pretty much the same. some are 3" some are 2.75" It's your car, your wallet and what you think will make you the happiest.

Me... I am a label *****. Brand name. It may be more expensive but i know it will be done right.

Just to let all the Helix lovers know, Helix and Megan are the same product regarding exhaust. Helix costs more. Why? Because people pay for their perceptions. Marketing is a wonderful thing.

Well their downpipes are certainly not, flex sections fray over time, period, and Helix is not really a big brand name, they are certainly a brand for the average joe, sorry I just wouldn't do away with the stock donut gasket... My friend has a Megan cat back, it's very nice, the muffler looks stamped and not welded but other than that the thing is beautiful and sounds amazing, so I'm not ragging on Megan in general but I just don't like what I've heard about their down pipes, seen too many go up for sale. Little to no feedback from the company or any of their distributors bothers me as well. Here's an example of a leaking dp https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...ighlight=megan
