First of all, go back to the stock injectors. You don't and won't need big injectors at your power level, and all they are doing is killing you (and maybe your cat converter as well). Once you do this, the car should run a bit better.

Next, you'll need to decide what to do if you want to get better power out of the investment you've made to this point. I don't believe in taking the 'two steps back' approach by ripping out parts you bought at new prices and selling them at used prices. There is nothing to be gained by this. You'll just lose time and money, and you'll be going in the wrong direction. You have a solid set of cams and decent hardware - you just need to follow through and finish this puzzle you began to piece together.

Lose the injectors. Get a flash, or if you can afford it, an Xede + tuning.

i was looking over the vishnu site and reasearching the xede. they have the stage 1 xede which uses hks 264/272 cams and recommends the xede flash. so the xede flash is an extra $100 (no biggie but still would hate to pay for another flash), but i have 264/264... would that still work? also how would i upload different maps onto the xede, i would need a laptop then right?

Well, megatron has a $600 P2 flash at stake here. I wouldn't just go to another vendor and overwrite this flash and let that money go down the tubes. I believe WORKS has a policy that allows you to sell your flash to someone else. Look into this if you want to keep the hks cams.

Yes, you will need a laptop to load maps onto the XEDE. You should be able to drive over to Vishnu and load maps if you don't have one.

Here's another idea. This might actually be the easiest and simplest solution. WORKS does do custom dyno tuning. They should be able to come up w/ a custom flash for your mods. Set something up with them and they'll get your car straightened out.

Hmm.. that's strange. I was at WORK yesterday getting my P2 flash and Tyler mentioned to me they do do custom tunes. I'd give them a call and tell them your situation. I'm sure they will work with you to get this sorted out. Afterall, you are one of their customers.
