your best bet is to do the single spring mod and then make adjustments via the adjustment screw. not too many have had great success with the type s without doing the single spring mod. you might as well do it right now instead of beating your head against the wall trying to get it to work when it probably wont.

once the mod is done you can better adjust it to fit what you car likes. it will take a minute to get it just right but after it is set right your car should be right back to normal.

ahhh...i should have just done it myself...the only reason why i had the dealership do it is because of the warrenty

and yes, you are just modifying what you already have. no need to buy more parts. by the way, how much did mitsu charge to install the part?

76 bucks for one hour i think its worth it though

hey guys....i dont think this was answered but when i do the single spring mod....will the bov stop fluttering and start to sound more like a sharp chirp when adjusted right?

my car does the exact same thing. every since day one when i had the bov put in. i have the blitz DD bov. especially after i got my cams my car has been stalling. im thinking about switching to the forge recirculating bov that i heard is the best.
