Do everything to your car like curt brown, and have a mid 11 sec stock turbo EVO that spools like no ones buisness....and wait till after winter. Cause this is when all the shops go to work and the season is down. Good luck

i think that if you plan on autocrossing then straight 264/264 is perfect because you get more torque and less lag. i dont know if people still do 264/272 combos anymore but that would be a good compromise to autocross and drag. if i could do it all again though i would get the 280's. an upgraded turbo and 280's would be perfect for an all out drag car.

just my 2 cents the only diff between 264 and 272 is duration.. lift is the same.. go with cam gears if your worried about idle... there worth every dime.. and buy new springs and ret.
