i got dicked over and dont know what to do! Im going to turn my boost up a little. I get fuel cut off when i go to high. Im really pissed off. I know it is slower then when i took it in. And now i have afc on and its fuggin slower! I saw with my own eyes that they took it to the max cause i get aalot of detonation and some misfire. i just know i spend 500 bucks today and my damn dyno sheet says 240 whp thats embarrising!

if you are hitting fuel cut, then you need a fuel pump....

Fuel pump, new plugs, make sure they are gapped correctly.Boost held to 21. Make sure you have no boost leaks. With similar mods I dynoed @ 296, that was awhile ago. Your torque numbers will not go up as much until you have a way to tune ignition timing. Go to a different tuner.

Upgraded fuel pump won't fix fuel cut.

But good tuning will.

depends how strong your stock engine runs,
i remember when i had sfacII, i have 256whp at 4wheel dyno jet with similar mods like yours and with stock Catback.

comparatively, it's a little low.

By tuning it correctly. Definitely find a different tuner because it seems like they have no clue on what they are doing.

There is only one piece of hardware in your list that can realistically be expected to give a significant boost in power, that being the exhaust system. Until or unless you get the ECU retuned via reflash or better, the safc and mbc are of limited value, and you shouldn't expect much in the way of increased power. Basically, you are trying to work within the confines of the factory programming, and there just isn't much wiggle room there.

What Ted said....AND, get a reputable tuner. Whoever you used is trash. Anyone that thinks a boost gauge is off 3psi because its NOT EXPENSIVE is full of ish.

post your chart if you have one.
