What muffler was your friend using on our system? Was it with a cat or not?

The Magnaflow with a cat is QUIET, for guys that want it quiet.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. "Let me splain. No let me summarize"

Mine - Buschur TB w/magnaflow and high flow cat. A little louder than stock at idle but deeper. At WOT, just screams

Friend - HKS catback with testpipe. Louder than my Buschur at Idle and also screams at WOT.

We still have to get the idles and drive bys that we recorded transfered to mpeg so we can post it so people can hear the difference.

I love it!! Neither one and you started this poll. Nice choice. I think I'll be ordering the Buschur with magnaflow though now with taxes.

Same here. I'm thinking of the high flow and also getting the test pipe.

The catback is what will determine the sound.

That's correct. You won't notice much of a sound difference adding a downpipe to the car. The sound is mostly determined by the muffler.

There shouldn't be any problem as the Helix downpipe and ours are the same length. Try getting a rubber mallet and tapping the muffler on, it is a slip fit and if you don't get the muffler pushed on all the way it will stick out.

That is hard to understand but it sounds like you just told me it won't go over the slip parts. If that is the case DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR. The exhaust cannot stay on like that. Things like this is what make for bad experiences and negative comments in the future. IT WILL slip over, I gaurantee it because they are all checked before they leave, each and every single one.

Give us a call at the shop but do not drive the car around without getting the parts slide together.
