Nice piece. It really is pretty damn stealth, regardless of the APS logo. Holds 21-22 psi fine. Will go more.

hmm looks really nice. I'm happy with my MR so far. Holds the psi perfectly.

No problems with MR BOV. The only possibility that i think some have problem may be an open air element filter. I believe the mass air sensor gets spikes that may cause problems? Just a theory.

2000 miles on a JDM MR bov, no issues and holds boost perfectly. APS looks good too.

Maybe so. I run an open element filter in my car and the car stalls with the MR BOV. Surprisingly, the MR unit does not hold boost as well as the stock plastic one either. My car never stalled until I put on the 3" DP/cat delete though. Weird.

Strange but perhaps it'll hold better with some kind of boost control. The spring on the Mr BOV is much stronger than the plastic.

It's def the open air filter. Id say the designs of the greddy -s and aps allow the car not to stall.

As BOVs, i assume each make will take differently to different mods. or maybe it really does vary car-to-car.

Possibly, I just don't see how the MR DV could make the car stall? Is it compressor surge? Sicne it's a DV and not Atmospheric blow off valve- it's recirculating the air so that the car WON'T stall. Unless it's leaking at the couplers- I don't see how it could leak any boost.

But like you said, every car is different anda nything is possible.

Thats very true, some bovs respond differently from one car or another. I think the best thing to do is to try out many different types of bov's before concidering in buying one, just like a trumpet or a saxophone player would when we choose out a specific brand.

Yeah... I at first tried the FORGE DV but that was a monstrosity. Compressor surge hell. It sounded bad and wouldn't hold boost no matter what spring I put in.
