My evo's boggin a little

Hey guys, in third gear, shortly after my turbo spools and i hit around 4000 rpm, it seems like the turbo bogs for like a sec, then it picks up again. and then at 4th gear it does the same thing around 3500 rpm. Anyone have an idea, or experience the same on a stock evo?

-On a side note, it recently got really cold outside and I just got an oil change. I dont think they affect it in anyway, but just like to add that in.

Thanks in advanced guys.

Maybe leaning out a little due to cold weather and ecu pulling timing to compensate.

i had the same thing happen to me inphluence. of course i'm about an hour south of you so we have basically the same conditions. i think it is pulling timing. i thought it was the clutch first cause it just seemed to happen out of the blue.
