Helix TB questions

I got my Helix turbo back today and as soon as I recieved the FEDEX box, I took it to my Exhaust shop (Im a wuss ) we opened the package and first thing he notices was that FEDEX dented the tip of the muffler , but **** happens no point in making a fuss over a dent, we skim thru the materials and he checks and makes sure he has everything he needs (I assue he was looking for gaskets and the like , but hell what do I know ) I leave... He calls about an hour later and says he's done... I get there and he says The thing fits fine except its rubbing on the interior of the bumper he recommends driving it home and exacto knife cutting around the interior of the bumper ( which I thought was odd but whateva) so I drive home and when I get out I notice the bumper melted about a quarter size of plastic , no biggie except it stained the SS finish of the already dented tip but hey like I said earlier **** happens. I decide to check around on here so I do a search find out it's quite common and that all I need to do Is let the exhaust make its own room, once again okay whateva I can live with that, I'll clean the Plastic off when Its done "adjusting Itself" . Heres where I get nervous I start hearing rattles and clunks under neath near front of the car, so Im like okay Now what?looks like rattling is coming from the downpipe ..

tomake a longer story short... whats wrong did the exhaust shop not install right am I missing "special" hangers that EVOISDREAM was missing?

Hate to be the bearer of BAD news, but the Helix downpipe rubs on my car. I have spent days and money trying to fix it. I think the problem is the downpipe is 1/2 inch shorter than stcok. I had a shop extend my Helix Testpipe an inch to remedy the problem. The downpipe touches on the crossmember of the car. Good luck as i have spent alot of time and money trying to fix mine. I wished i would have gone with a different setup. 2 of my friends with evos have HKS and Perrin and they have NO rattling problems.

Crossmember? Is that the same as the 2 lower tie bars? Is this the reason Kartboy hangers are used?
