What Mod. Should Be Next?

I have (or plan on getting) the following mods:

-APS turboback w/ test pipe
-MBC
-HKS RS intake
-HKS 264's or 272's or combo(havent decided yet)
-walbro pump
-turbotrix tune

My question is, what else would you recommend i get(engine mods only, and I already have a clutch), as long as it isn't more than around 1500.00? I was thinking about a WORKS tb and lower IC pipe. Any additional fuel or ignition mods needed at this level? Thanks for the help guys!

** feel free to comment on your cam choices as well,I'm having trouble choosing.

I'd probably go with either:

1. intercooler piping
Those rubber sections flex quite a bit.

or

2. BOV
Not necessarily an expensive one, just one that won't leak at higher boost.

A header and/or o2 housing could also be an option.

well first you need to think about your engine management! If you have thoes mods with the flash and add on you do know that the flash will not work as well. I would go with afc or standalone (im sure you allready knew that) .I would go upper i/c ,intercooler w/ lower pipe & bov with the gears when you do the cams why your there. Just depends on what goal your trying to reach! And with the manifold as the guy said above. Im not smart on that stuff yet but the shop i go to LOVE the evo manifold and say that when they upgrade turbos they rather stay with stock then upgrade. Just my o2 cents

Intercooler, suspension upgrade.

but intercooler next then injectors, then change all pipings.

If you get cams, get cam gears. Some heat wrap for radiator hose.

Then you go into EMS then bigger turbo, internals, bottom blue prints, stroker kit, then whatever insane crazy expensive shlt you want.

Get the intercooler and tune it, you should be running 300whp + then injectors and retune.

I actually have not installed any engine mods yet, I've been working on the suspension so far, and I'm just plotting the course and collecting parts for the power mods. Thanks for the info though.

In regard to the intercooler recomendations, will I be exceeding the capacity of the stock intercooler at this power level? I mean, is it a nessesary (engine life extending) part or a power adding mod?

I would go with full ic piping for sure. I would consider a bov if needed. I would say no way to a Works tb as I don't see it worth it's price at your stage of tune. As far as a new ic goes I would wait unless you plan to upgrade the turbo real soon.

injectors!!! if your not going to get a stupidly huge turbo, get something around 680cc...
then fuel rail and fpr... that way you get the most detremetal mistake out of the way...

after that, IC, piping, and BOV....

when it's all said and done you should get about 5-10 good launches out of the car til your clutch goes out...

I'd go with IC pipes as they don't add any extra stress, help a bit, and look NICE. injectors would be nice, maybe the upgraded hotside...nice plan so far though

You want to add headstuds once you install cams.
